A Virtual-Only General Meeting of Shareholders is a shareholders' meeting held entirely online without a physical venue. Shareholders attending virtually can watch the proceedings via live streaming. They can also submit questions, propose motions, and vote on agenda items (exercise their voting rights).

- Information on login credentials and login procedures will be sent to shareholders by mail.
- From Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 12:00pm to Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 7:00pm, we will be accepting pre-submitted questions through the above website.
