“Tokutoku Club byGMO,” launched on Thursday, February 13, 2025, is an optional service available free of charge to all members of “GMO Tokutoku BB.” It is a new service created based on member feedback, offering a wide range of benefits, including reviewing essential utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, special perks for room searching and moving, as well as services that allow members to enjoy shopping at great value.
【About the Phase 2 Release: “Moving Concierge Service”】
In recent years, with the abundance of information such as moving estimate comparison sites, it has become increasingly difficult to choose the right option. Furthermore, with typical bulk estimate services, users are required to communicate individually with multiple moving companies, which can be a significant burden during the busy period of preparing for a new life.
In response to this situation, “GMO Tokutoku BB” has launched a new “Moving Concierge Service” under “Tokutoku Club byGMO,” along with a dedicated contact point, to provide reliable information and安心 support while making the moving process more convenient and cost-effective.
With “Tokutoku Club byGMO,” dedicated staff consolidate moving estimate requests on behalf of members and provide guidance directly via phone. This allows members to smoothly review reliable moving estimates without the hassle.
【Overview of “Tokutoku Club byGMO”】
“Tokutoku Club byGMO” is a free monthly optional service that “GMO Tokutoku BB” members can use as many times as they like.
Based on feedback from members such as “We would appreciate receiving overall discounts by bundling services like electricity and gas with our infrastructure” and “We would like more events for members” (※1), we will continue to provide a variety of services that go beyond Internet services and support members’ daily lives. As a token of our appreciation to our members who use our services regularly, we will continue to expand our services and content going forward.
