In recent years, the growing sophistication of data utilization has rapidly increased the demand for cloud services that optimize business processes.
At the same time, more companies are engaging in machine learning model development using their own data and adopting generative AI models, creating a growing need for high-performance computing resources required for large-scale development.
Against this backdrop, GMO Internet’s “GMO GPU Cloud” has been drawing increasing attention.
Equipped with NVIDIA Hopper GPUs, the “GMO GPU Cloud” features a system built on NVIDIA’s recommended architecture, incorporating NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs, NVIDIA Spectrum-X high-speed networking, and ultra-fast storage from DataDirect Networks Japan.
This high-performance infrastructure is optimized for large-scale data processing tasks and delivers exceptional performance, particularly in generative AI model development and machine learning.
In the TOP500 list of the world’s fastest supercomputers announced in November 2024(※2), it ranked 37th globally and 6th in Japan.
In November 2025, it earned a “Silver” rating in the “ClusterMAX™ 2.0” benchmark, gaining international recognition as the fastest commercial cloud in Japan.
The launch of servers equipped with the NVIDIA B300, scheduled to begin during fiscal 2025, is expected to further expand the market.
