GMO Internet and CTC
Enter into a Strategic Sales Partnership for GPU Cloud Services
~Strengthening the High-Performance GPU Cloud Infrastructure to Support Enterprise Use of Generative AI~

GMO Internet Group’s GMO Internet, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tadashi Ito; hereinafter “GMO Internet”) and ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (President and CEO: Tatsushi Shingu; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “CTC”) entered into a strategic sales partnership agreement on Friday, October 31, 2025, for the “GMO GPU Cloud,” a high-speed cloud service powered by NVIDIA technology, provided by GMO Internet.
By combining CTC’s extensive network and track record in system integration across various industries and sectors with GMO Internet’s high-performance GPU cloud infrastructure, the two companies aim to accelerate the practical adoption of generative AI in the business world and drive the spread of high-performance GPU infrastructure and the creation of new value in advanced technology fields.

■ Collaboration Between GMO Internet and CTC
GMO Internet and CTC provide the “GMO GPU Cloud,” one of Japan’s highest-standard(※1) GPU cloud services, as a computing infrastructure for enterprise generative AI and machine learning development.
The “GMO GPU Cloud” comes equipped by default with the software environment necessary for generative AI development, allowing enterprises to begin building and developing advanced AI models without the hassle of setting up the environment.
CTC, under its philosophy of “Comprehensive Strength Supporting the IT Lifecycle,” has long provided optimal solutions across a wide range of industries. It has established a system that can support everything from procurement, design, and construction to operation—including the selection of services and the integration of peripheral systems.
Through their collaboration, GMO Internet and CTC will provide seamless, one-stop support—from requirements definition and environment setup using the “GMO GPU Cloud” as a starting point, to operational optimization—creating a support system that enables enterprises to smoothly develop and leverage generative AI.

■ Future Initiatives
Through this strategic sales partnership agreement, GMO Internet and CTC will promote implementation support tailored to the specific needs of each industry and enterprise.
They will also expand into areas where advanced generative AI applications are anticipated—such as healthcare, education, research institutions, and the public sector—contributing to the acceleration of generative AI adoption across Japan.

■ Background Behind the Growing Attention on “GMO GPU Cloud”
In recent years, the growing sophistication of data utilization has rapidly increased the demand for cloud services that optimize business processes.
At the same time, more companies are engaging in machine learning model development using their own data and adopting generative AI models, creating a growing need for high-performance computing resources required for large-scale development.
Against this backdrop, GMO Internet’s “GMO GPU Cloud” has been drawing increasing attention.
Equipped with NVIDIA Hopper GPUs, the “GMO GPU Cloud” features a system built on NVIDIA’s recommended architecture, incorporating NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs, NVIDIA Spectrum-X high-speed networking, and ultra-fast storage from DataDirect Networks Japan.
This high-performance infrastructure is optimized for large-scale data processing tasks and delivers exceptional performance, particularly in generative AI model development and machine learning.
In the TOP500 list of the world’s fastest supercomputers announced in November 2024(※2), it ranked 37th globally and 6th in Japan.
In November 2025, it earned a “Silver” rating in the “ClusterMAX™ 2.0” benchmark, gaining international recognition as the fastest commercial cloud in Japan.
The launch of servers equipped with the NVIDIA B300, scheduled to begin during fiscal 2025, is expected to further expand the market.
