[Overview of “Tokutoku Club by GMO”]
“Tokutoku Club by GMO” is a free monthly optional service that members of “GMO Tokutoku BB” can use as many times as they like.
Based on customer feedback such as “It would be great to receive overall discounts by integrating utilities like electricity and gas,” and “We would like to see more member-exclusive events” (*1), we provide a variety of services that go beyond internet services and support members’ daily lives. As a token of our appreciation to our valued members, we will continue to add new services and content on an ongoing basis.

[About the First Release: “Rental Brokerage Fee Discount Service”]
As the first release of “Tokutoku Club by GMO,” we are launching a “Rental Brokerage Fee Discount Service” to support more affordable apartment hunting. It’s the perfect service for those starting a new chapter in life, such as entering school or beginning a new job. Make the most of it as you start your new year.
■Supporting cost reduction for apartment hunting—the first step to a new life
Moving is an essential part of starting a new life, whether for school or work.
To address members’ concerns such as “The initial costs like deposits and key money are a burden…,” we offer a special benefit: when you choose a property through participating real estate agencies (*2) affiliated with “Tokutoku Club by GMO,” the brokerage fee incurred at the time of contract will be discounted by up to 50%.
(*2) The discount rate may vary depending on the real estate agency you contact, the area, and the property introduced. If you cancel your “GMO Tokutoku BB” membership before concluding the contract, you may not be eligible for this benefit. Property introductions are handled through partnered real estate agencies, so some desired properties may not be available. Please be cautious of third-party accounts posing as related parties attempting to obtain your personal information.
