【About “ConoHa VPS by GMO”】

“ConoHa VPS by GMO” is a VPS service provided by GMO Internet, Inc. under “ConoHa by GMO,” which has over 750,000 registered accounts (*1). It delivers a high-performance server environment by utilizing the latest CPUs and ultra-fast NVMe SSDs (*2) in data centers located in Japan. In addition to adopting a distributed storage architecture (*3), it comes standard with an automatic failover function (HA function) (*4), ensuring a highly available environment. Furthermore, there are no initial costs, and there are no charges for data transfer.
Two pricing options are available: a “pay-as-you-go” hourly billing plan and the “Matome-Toku” plan, which offers discounted rates for long-term contracts, allowing users to start with minimal costs as needed. Users of the “Matome-Toku” plan also benefit from free provision of the “Alpha SSL” server certificate issued by GMO GlobalSign K.K., which holds the No.1 share in the domestic SSL market (*5), as well as enhanced DDoS protection (*6), contributing to improved security.
Additionally, from June 16, 2025, in collaboration with Beyond Co., Ltd., the “ConoHa VPS by GMO Managed Pack” (*7) has been launched, enabling users to fully outsource server operations, including migration, setup, and maintenance.
