GMO Internet, Inc. (President and CEO: Tadashi Ito; hereinafter “GMO Internet”), a member of GMO Internet Group, will sponsor Japan’s first meetup event for the China-born video generation AI “Hailuo AI (URL: https://hailuoai.video/),”
titled “MiniMax (Hailuo AI) Meetup @GMO Yours・FUKURAS” (URL: https://peatix.com/event/4447614/
), to be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

Hailuo AI is a video generation AI tool developed by the Chinese startup MiniMax, capable of easily generating high-definition 6-second videos from text. It supports prompt instructions in Japanese and has gained attention for its ability to generate natural and smooth movements and expressions of diverse人物像 regardless of nationality, as well as for being free to use.

At this event, in addition to talk sessions, demonstrations by Hailuo creative partners will be held, along with networking opportunities among participants.
