Since 2010, our company has upheld the "Commitment to Increase Smiles Among Colleagues," focusing on enhancing the welfare of our partners. Our Health and Productivity Management strategy prioritizes the mental and physical health of our employees and implements specific measures to support this. As part of the system to implement this strategy, the Group CEO is designated as the Chief Health Management Officer. We promote health and productivity management by working closely with the Partner Health Promotion Office, the Human Resources Department, the Welfare Department, the Employee Engagement Team, and the employee-driven community, while also receiving advice from external professionals.
