A curated library space where partners can deepen their knowledge and broaden their perspectives through books across a wide range of genres.

400+ Books on AI and Tech

In line with our vision to become the No.1 group shaping the future with AI, we revamped our AI-related book collection in 2023. Over 400 technical books—ranging from beginner to advanced—are available and updated regularly.

Easy Book Lending with Partner ID

Located in both Cerulean Tower (HQ) and Shibuya Fukuras (2nd HQ), books can be checked out easily using your partner ID card. Lending is available for up to two weeks—ideal for reading during holidays.

Lifestyle & Family Support Books

In addition to business and tech books, the library includes parenting guides, cookbooks, magazines, and more. With many partners raising children, we offer resources that support both work and home life.

Late-Night Study Space

From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., the library is open as a quiet study space. Individual booths are available for focused, self-paced learning.

Creativity and innovation stem from inspiration. To nurture creativity, GMO showcases modern art pieces curated by Group CEO Masatoshi Kumagai throughout the office.

GMO Digital Art Museum

Located on the second floor of Shibuya Fukuras, this museum features rare works by Banksy. With immersive visuals and sound, the space offers a new kind of art experience to inspire creative thinking.

New hires receive continuous support through structured follow-up training and regular one-on-one check-ins focused on growth and career development.

Group-Wide New Graduate Training

New graduate partners who join in April participate in an intensive program covering business etiquette, mindset training, GMO philosophy, group work, and more—building a strong foundation for their career.

Recognition Programs

GMO AWARDS

Our largest annual awards ceremony celebrates outstanding partners. Categories include the “Rookie of the Year” for new graduates, individual excellence awards, and segment awards for high-impact teams—all voted on by partners.

Long Service Awards

We honor partners with 10 and 20 years of service. Awardees are recognized at a special appreciation ceremony and receive a commemorative plaque along with refreshment leave.
