At GMO Internet, Inc., we value opportunities for partners to naturally connect across roles and departments. Throughout the year, we host a wide range of casual and inclusive events—from the GMO Partners Conference and Group Joint Induction Ceremony, where all group partners gather online and offline, to social gatherings, lunch meetups, club activities, and sports events. For us, these moments of connection and trust-building are just as important as the work itself.

Held quarterly, the GMO Partners Conference brings all group partners together to share updates—either in person or via live stream.

This traditional event brings together new graduate partners from across the group to share their commitment and connect directly with senior partners.

The GMO AWARDS is an annual ceremony honoring partners who embody the year’s spirit—with love and respect. Awards like the Rookie and Individual Award spark passionate competition each year.

This meeting honors partners who’ve supported the group’s growth for 10, 20 years, and beyond—with gratitude and respect.

GMO Developers Day is a hybrid event where group engineers and creators share their tech, projects, and achievements.

Futsal Event - GMO NASA CUP
Since 2007, the GMO NASA CUP has brought together 400+ partners each spring and autumn for exciting futsal matches.

We’ve built a system to keep all partners up to date on AI—through the GMO AI Seminar and the knowledge-sharing portal, GMO Genius.
