While our basic policy is in-office work, remote work is permitted approximately once a week depending on job responsibilities and departmental policies.

Partner Referral Program
To support the recruitment of top talent, we actively encourage referrals by our partners. When a referral leads to a successful hire, both the referring partner and the new partner receive a special bonus.
Working Hours and Leave
The standard working hours are 8 hours per day (excluding a 1-hour break).

Days Off and Paid Leave
Regular Weekly Holidays
We operate under a five-day workweek with Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off.
However, some departments follow a shift-based schedule. In such cases, weekend or holiday work may occur, with compensatory time off provided on weekdays.
Long Holidays
Partners are eligible for five consecutive business days of summer vacation and six consecutive days for year-end and New Year holidays (12/29–1/3). Timing may be adjusted depending on the department.
Paid Leave
Annual paid leave is granted based on years of service. Partners are encouraged to use their time off for family needs, personal development, education, hobbies, and more.
Special Leave
Partners can take congratulatory and condolence leave, such as 5 days for marriage or 1–5 days for bereavement, depending on the situation.
Additional Leave Programs
We offer various purpose-specific leave programs, including long service leave, spousal childbirth leave, and maternity health checkup leave.
Nursing Care Leave
Partners can take time off to care for family members who are sick or injured, including accompanying them to the doctor.
Leave of Absence
Maternity, Paternity, and Childcare Leave
Leave is available for pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare. The number of male partners taking paternity leave is steadily increasing, as we continue promoting inclusive work-life support.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Partners can allocate a portion of their salary toward purchasing company stock. A 10% incentive is added to contributions, encouraging long-term asset building and stronger engagement with the company.
Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DC)
Partners can select their own contribution amounts and investment destinations. The amount received upon retirement varies depending on investment performance, promoting financial literacy and future planning.
